A Greater Glory. Part 3

There are different encounters that speaks to us in amazing ways far beyond our imagination and calculations. When the Spirit of the Lord speaks to us, we must be ready to hear and do His will. When the Lord of host said, “The silver is Mine and the gold is Mine,…” it became obvious that the precious treasure known and celebrated by man has been under the control of the Lord. If it pleases the Lord to give it to a soul, it is the beginning of greater things to come if this person chooses to live right. If this person decides to focus on it instead of God, it will be very unfortunate to that soul. The Spirit of the Lord in verse 9 says, “The latter glory of this house [with its successor, to which Jesus came] shall be greater than the former, says the Lord of hosts; and in this place will I give peace and prosperity, says the Lord of hosts.” When the Lord decided to release the latter glory which was made manifest in the person of Jesus Christ, this manifestation greatly surpasses the former glory. In the book of Acts 2, the Spirit of the Lord said in verses 17 to 18, which speaks of the fulfillment of this prophetic declarations, “And it shall come to pass in the last days, God declares, that I will pour out of My Spirit upon all mankind, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy telling forth the divine counsels] and your young men shall see visions (divinely granted appearances), and your old men shall dream [divinely suggested] dreams. 18 Yes, and on My menservants also and on My maidservants in those days I will pour out of My Spirit, and they shall prophesy [telling forth the divine counsels and predicting future events pertaining especially to God’s kingdom].” Beloved, it is amazing how the Spirit of the Lord brought this into full fulfillment many years after the declaration in Haggai chapter 2, yet many were unable to sense the fulfillment. The Lord Jesus Christ was spoken of many years before this date, yet many missed the prophetic fulfillment. The Spirit spoke about the things that will go with the coming of the Lord, yet many still missed it. The Spirit of the Lord spoke ahead of time that “… on My menservants also and on My maidservants in those days I will pour out of My Spirit, and they shall prophesy…” yet with the fulfillment of this word, many are still blind to the word given. Beloved, don’t let the work of the flesh reign over your life to the extent that it makes you so blind. Please let the Spirit of the Lord guide you and bring you into complete liberty.

There is no way you can defend yourself with so much of evidence confirming the fulfillment of the word. Let the Spirit of the Lord have His way in your life. Shalom!
