Lord, Please Use Me for Your Glory.

The word of the Lord has become a glorious difference in the life of a man. From one generation to another, the number of people who heard the gospel and made a great decision with it, have the opportunity to encounter the blessing of eternal destiny right now. Some who decided to ignore the awesome message of the gospel in their lives, actually ended up toiling with their own lives and eternal destiny. Once the soul of mankind decide to make a decision with the gospel preached unto them, this could make a great difference between eternal life and death for ever. This is the reason why the word sheared at anytime is so important.

In the book of Ephesians chapter 1, the word of the Lord opened with this glorious news about our response to the word of God with this declaration,

“Paul, an apostle (special messenger) of Christ Jesus (the Messiah), by the divine will (the purpose and the choice of God) to the saints (the consecrated, set-apart ones) at Ephesus who are also faithful and loyal and steadfast in Christ Jesus:”

This verse of scripture actually revealed the mighty work done by the apostle Paul and those who labored with him among the people of Ephesus, with the help of our Lord Jesus Christ, it also led them to the divine will of God. The amazing thing here is that through this letter, the faithfulness of the people and their steadfastness is also being determined. This scripture should open our eyes to realize that someday, the gospel according to the place we live or had the opportunity to serve in, shall be written and each of us should remember that what you are doing from yesterday unto today will become the story that will be shared someday. Beloved, take note that the decision you choose to live with, will form who you are known be. I hope it will be that which we will love others to read just as we are reading this scripture?

In verse 2 of Ephesians 1, the word of the Lord went on to says,

“May grace (God’s unmerited favor) and spiritual peace [which means peace with God and harmony, unity, and undisturbedness] be yours from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ.”

This tells us the degree of seriousness and the depth of that which is revealed in the course of sharing the gospel.

It also went on to reveal the dimensions of the grace and divine opportunity given to us through the gospel to God Almighty. The word of the Lord says in verse 3,

“May blessing (praise, laudation, and eulogy) be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah) Who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual (given by the Holy Spirit) blessing in the heavenly realm!”

Can you imagine that this actually gave us access to eternal blessings from the heavenly realm? What a glorious opportunity this is to every one of us. Hallelujah!

In verse 4 the word of the Lord went on to reveal to us how serious this word is when it says,

“Even as [in His love] He chose us [actually picked us out for Himself as His own] in Christ before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy (consecrated and set apart for Him) and blameless in His sight, even above reproach, before Him in love.”

When the Lord called us unto Himself, it was not for us to live as it is convenient to us, the Lord has a glorious agenda and each one of us must be careful to follow His leading for our lives. Please read through this scripture again and ask yourself if you are actually living according to His calling in your life. Beloved, are you living to His praise and glory for your life?
